Amazing stay amidst the quaint Village of Skaneateles. It is a small inn which caters to whomever stays there. It was quiet, spotless and they thought of everything to include- complementary oatmeal, tea, coffee, snacks, juices, soda, water. Very updated and roomy. The inn keeper was pleasant, helpful and available for anything we needed. Highly recommend Skaneateles Boutique Hotel. If I had a choice of giving it 10 stars I would have!!
This is a wonderful little Hotel that is perfectly located for walking into town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the next time I return to Skaneateles I will definitely stay there!
Had a great experience at the boutique hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms, loved the front porch and that it was walking distance to everything. Nice that rooms were supplied with snacks and coffee as well
The check in service with Christine was great. We were early but allowed to part in lot and on phone list for text/call when room ready. The room was ready before normal check in. Access was easy, both room and building access after hours. Very impressed with stocked supplies. Treats , coffee tea soda water. 1st might able to enjoy porch and offered games. TV station were easy to select and wide ranging. Just very happy. Check out the same and able to reserve times for Dickens Festival period which is very helpful. Rooms shower and location great. You are about 1/2 block from lake and Main Street area.
It is private, scrupulously clean and well maintained. Imagine staying in an old fashioned private family house as an honored guest. I was welcomed, given the room key, a key code for after hours entry into the house. The room is well appointed, the bathroom is small but spotless, the fixtures flawless. There are patio blankets should you wish to hang out on the porch ( I did not, too cold). It’s a four minute stroll to the center of town with restaurant choices galore. A map and information guide in the room, and downstairs by the stairs, gives you all that you need to know to start exploring. I will definitely return and stay here again.

The hotel location & price were both excellent for us. The room could use more light near the coffee/refrigerator station. Other than that, all was perfect for our stay
Friendly helpful staff. Perfect location walking distance from restaurants for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, shopping, and parks. Boat tour also within walking distance, Rooms are comfortable, clean, and new. Really nice toiletries and fresh fluffy white towels. No elevator so make sure to book a ground floor if needed.
